A. Return policy 

Introduction
Consumers generally have the right to cancel this contract according to the following terms. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (AVP1, Email: info@avp1.cloud) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will issue a refund in the form of a store voucher equivalent to the returned item value.
No cash or original payment method refunds will be provided.

The voucher will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
We may withhold the voucher issuance until the items have been delivered back to us or proof of return has been provided, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back immediately, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

The goods must be unworn and in unused condition. The goods must not have been repurposed or loaned to third parties. The goods must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.

The cost and responsibility for returning the goods lie with the buyer. We accept no liability for losses or damages that may occur during the return process. Please ensure that the return is adequately stamped and securely packaged to avoid transport damage.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to the following items and contracts:

  • Rental Contracts/Rental Service: The right to cancel is excluded for rented goods once the rental period has started. The rental period is either seven days or fourteen days, depending on the selected service, starting from the day the customer receives the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. If the return deadline is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged per day, corresponding to the daily value of the original rental price. A return label will be provided to facilitate the return process.

  • Archive Sale Items: Products purchased through our Archive Sale are excluded from returns. These items are sample pieces or early versions of products offered at a reduced price and may have minor deviations or imperfections. All Archive Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for which the consumer's individual selection or specification is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

General Notes
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
For the return of products from the Rental Service, a return label will be provided to facilitate the return process.
